This home remodeling project included renovating the family's living room and adding a new screened porch so they could take advantage of beautiful spring and fall days.
Before we began remodeling this home, the rear view shows you how the home looked with a wooden deck.
Home remodeling is a process, so the first task was to remove that old wooden deck and prepare the area for new construction with a brick foundation.
We added to both stories at the rear of the home and framed in the new screened porch.
The finished addition to the rear of the home adds lots of living space for the family!
The new screened porch is approximately where the family had their wooden deck. The porch will give shade and protection from pesky mosquitos.
