Yesterday we met with you, your contractors and my in-laws, Rollie and MacClaire Franzen. It was an exhausting day for them, but we felt so much was accomplished.
From our early meetings with Dianne, Lee and of course you, to yesterday with Chris, Mike, Andrew and Shane – this entire process to date has been professional, easy and pleasant! Steve’s attention to every detail yesterday was such a welcome change to what we have dealt with in the past and our meeting with Wanda was like having lunch with an old friend.
In short, you have created a network of people that are a true pleasure to work with and a company I would gladly and without reservation recommend to anyone. Mr. Anthony should be proud and honored to have you.
I know we are not finished yet, and I am sure things will arise that will need attention, but it is comforting to know that when that happens we have confidence in knowing you will come up with the solution.

I would highly recommend American Eagle Builders to anyone. I thought working from a distance (California) would be challenging but I was pleasantly surprised. Bruce and his entire team are very professional, extremely talented and incredibly responsive. I consider American Eagle Builders to be true problem solvers. The few times we encountered problems they already had solutions ready for us. “We’ll take care of that” seems to be the answer whether you are talking to anyone in the organization or connected to it. This includes everyone from Bruce and his entire office staff to the project managers to the very talented subs he chooses. The meticulous attention to detail is astounding. American Eagle Builders far exceed other builders I have worked with.

We enjoy any chance we get to let people know about our experience was with American Eagle Builders and with Bruce Pasquarella.
We, like most people, had heard the horror stories about how the building experience and the constant battles with your builder can be an uncomfortable drain on your life. We are from the area and for more than a year, took the time to walk through, inspect, and make mental notes on countless custom homes.
When we came upon Bruce's work, we were impressed mainly with the very obvious concern in detail and the quality. Deciding to use him for our home building experience was one of our best decisions. From the very first day, we felt that Bruce made our home his very own. You could see that he took great pride in quality craftsmanship, and I never felt that he had lost touch with the project. We are very much detail focused and enjoyed being involved in every aspect of the building process.
Bruce had a very organized approach and would let us know dates for each decision he would need . This allowed us to look ahead and fight out our choices (before agreeing to compromise on my wife's choice). The time line certainly helped (because sometimes it took me longer to agree on her choice!)
Like all building projects there were bumps in the road but Bruce would always bring up the problems with possible solutions close behind. You could tell that he had already approached the problem as if it were his own, many times to our financial benefit. What we ended up with was a house that we are very proud of and feel that we had a large part in planning and building.
If I had to sum it up in one thought, it would be that being born and raised in this area and planning to live and raise our family here, we do not take lightly making recommendations to others in the very important matter of chosing a custom home builder. That being said, we would recommend Bruce to our family and friends with no reservations.

In May of 2003, George and I had just gotten married and decided to take on the huge project of building our Dream Home. We knew it would be a daunting task and we'd been given lots of sound advice about making sure you choose a builder you can talk to; one that would pay attention to the details; one that would actually be part of the process rather than orchestrating from another site or an office somewhere far away from your new address.
That's exactly what we found in American Eagle Builders. Bruce Pasquarella and his team were organized and detailed, and we felt that they were as proud of our new home as we were through every stage of the process.
Many times, Bruce would come to us with suggestions on how to improve the plan, whether it be a niche in the kitchen to showcase a wine cooler we received as a wedding gift, or handcrafted columns and corbels in the dining room. It was comforting that as George and I were noses-deep in the blueprints, Bruce would recommend such details that didn't add a lot of cost to the bottom line but are really noticeable assets to our home.
In the beginning of the building process, we found a picture of a porch that we just loved and wanted to incorporate in the plan without having to go back to the architech. We sat down with Bruce one night over dinner and as he talked through his ideas and listened to ours, he came back with a workable plan. The porch is our favorite "room" in the summer months and we will always remember sitting at that table with Bruce, who turned that sketch on a paper napkin into something we enjoy so much.
I appreciate the time and effort that everyone at American Eagle Builders put into our home. They really care about their clients and I can't say enough about their craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are proud to be homeowners under their wings!
